• Shipping and delivery: All items will be posted 48 hours tracked the next working day with the Royal Mail. All orders purchased over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

• Returns and refunds: a full refund may be offered within 30 days of purchase (to accommodate for the current pandemic, this period has been extended to 60 days from the day of purchase).
